Service Overview

Voice Interval Trainer is an interval timer that lets users configure workout and rest steps and run them with voice guidance and a timer.

User Responsibility

Users are responsible for considering their health condition and workout environment before using the app. Voice Interval Trainer does not replace medical services, professional training services, or safety supervision.

If you experience pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or any unusual symptoms during exercise, stop immediately and seek professional help if needed.

Local Data Storage

Voice Interval Trainer can be used without creating an account. Routine data is not synced to the cloud and is stored in the user's browser local storage.

• Routines may be deleted if browser site data is cleared.
• Data may not be preserved in incognito or private browsing mode.
• Data is not automatically synced to other browsers or devices.
• Important routines should be saved with the backup feature.

Ads

Voice Interval Trainer displays Google AdSense ads. As a general principle, ads are shown in a designated area on the routine completion screen so they do not interrupt the workout flow.

Ad availability and frequency may vary depending on Google settings and policies.
